The new ÜÇER Corner Flap Disc® is a grinding disc consising of abrasive sheets folded up at a 90 degree angle.
Abrasive cloths are optimally aligned to the workpiece geometry along the disk periphery so that better grinding effects are obtained in hard to reach places. Since ordinary Flap discs are arranged horizontally, the leaves can not reach the edges in the vertical direction during use;
This also leads to less effective grinding of any corner of the workpiece.
With CORNER, abrasive grains enable aggressive, high quality grinding and dimensional stability even at low pressures.
It is known for its long life and easy handling. The ÜÇER Corner Flap Disc® also provides the best grinding of the weld seams and can be adjusted according to the welding geometry.
